The mission of the Black Chamber of Commerce: Inland Empire is to promote the economic development of a culturally diverse business community through networking, establishing business partnerships and education that reflect our community.
We accomplish this with our forward-thinking philosophies and our consistent networking activities in Ontario, San Bernardino, Riverside and Rialto.
