The Black Chamber of Commerce Inland Empire’s executive board comprises of a set of individuals with diverse backgrounds who are aligned with the overall mission of the Chamber.
The executive board operates with a laser-like focus on the betterment of the overall business climate, advocacy of African American businesses in the greater Inland Empire and the enforcement of high standards of business integrity within our organization.

Sharon Barnes, J.D. / Chair
Sharon Barnes is the Chair of the BCCIE Executive Board. As a former attorney, Sharon has over 25 years of experience assisting people in stressful situations. Sharon utilizes her past legal expertise in conjunction with her current role on the SNL Real Estate team at Prudential California Realty (Rancho Cucamonga) to deliver a robust client experience. Sharon ensures her clients understand their full range of options and that they have the needed information to arrive at informed decisions throughout the home buying or selling process.
Floyd E. Milner / Vice Chair
Floyd E. Milner is the BCCIE Co-Chair. Floyd has been an audiologist/hearing aid dispenser in the Inland Empire for over 35 years. He received a Bachelors of Science in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Biology/Psychology in 1977, Masters of Science in Audiology in 1979 and subsequently obtained his Doctor of Clinical Audiology certification. He was licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance, Speech Pathology and Audiology division in 1980. He is the only black/minority private practice audiologist in the Inland Empire.

Diana McKee is the founder of Transforming Lives Education Consultants. This company focuses on providing professional development based on college and career readiness standards for educational professionals. Ms. McKee holds a Single Subject Teaching Credential in the Biological Sciences, Pupil Personnel Services and Masters in Education Administration. Ms. McKee also works as a substitute teacher in Corona Norco Unified School District.
Brenda Findley-Sutton, is a Entrepreneur, Mentor, Insurance Benefit Consultant, with Sutton Insurance Services. Brenda, connect business owners in many industries, services their needs, provide effective cost saving and/or enhancements, presents product presentations, coordinates, enrollment process, and cultivates client’s relationship, etc.
Brenda, has over 10 year of experience in Life and health industry, and over twenty years applying clerical disciplines.
Brenda Findley-Sutton, enjoys learning and she has earned, a Certificate of Social Work, 2001, Bachelor Degree in, Sociology, 2003 and her Masters of Arts in Education, 2006 from California State University San Bernardino.
Brenda is active in the community, Member at Refreshing Spring Community Church for sixteen years, and Secretary of Pastor’s Aide, Riverside, CA Pastor Bobby Davis.

Tamara Ellison is the Treasurer of BCCIE. She is the CEO of Tamara Ellison & Co., LLC, dedicated to empowering young women. Raised in an impoverished community, Tamara was determined to confront the perpetuated poverty and hopelessness that plagued her neighborhood. At the age 16, Tamara, a teen parent and on the verge of being a high school dropout, embarked on a successful career path as an executive in finance and now an entrepreneur in motivational speaking. Tamara believes that knowledge was the ticket to escaping the cycle combined with her faith, determination and perseverance.
